The best part about this piece is the ratty quilt canvas.

It probably had a shining moment back in the day…..but it had passed. I will quote many pet owners…..”this was a rescue!”

It formerly held the job of comforting furniture and appliances……

then I plucked it from the floor of a truck and gave it a bath.

It was hand stitched and wears the stains of a lifetime.

I love it settled underneath a bright pot of flowers!
